"If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast." - Ernest Hemingway
Hey there! I'm Margaret and this is my blog, a moveable feast.
I write just for fun about my transient life, which has involved a whole lot of picking up and moving, especially since I married this guy:
I live in the Chicago's North Shore, and I'm from Alabama but I recently moved from Manhattan Beach, CA with my super handsome husband and our beautiful, sweet daughter, Selah. My family, our memories, our life together is my feast, if you will.
And this blog is the diary of who I am and what inspires me.
I am a Christian, which means I'm a sinner in need of a savior. I'm a work in progress, which means I screw up a lot. I really like the book Blue Like Jazz.
I wanted to be the president of the United States when I was in 3rd grade. Now I am (and want to be) a stay-at-home Mama. I like the way my baby girl smells straight out of the bath and when she first wakes up in the morning, because she is all smiles.
I have three older sisters who have blogs, too. Get to know Lea, Carrie and Laura.

I was a ΔΔΔ at The University. Can I get a Roll Tide?

I have a major sweet tooth. I lived in Paris with my dad and my oldest sister, Lea, when I was in 9th grade and I largely credit that experience as making me who I am. I love the beach in California. I reeeeally like the iPhone app, Instagram. and Twitter. and Pinterest. I've read Gone With the Wind three times and I think you should, too. I think flowers make my house feel like home.
Want to know more about me? Read this post. And the rest of my blog.
